Established in 1988 we specialize in the
provision of Local Authority Personal Searches; Drainage and
Water Searches; plus Environmental Searches. Concentrating on south, west and mid Wales, we
provide a Local Authority Personal Search Service that is both
accurate and expeditious, our aim being to respond within five
working days at the latest. In many cases we are able to provide
replies to the conveyancer within 48 hours from receipt of
instructions.
Drainage and Water Searches are undertaken within the area covered
by Welsh Water with a normal response time of 48 hours from
receipt of instructions.
Our service is underwritten with a Professional Indemnity
Insurance of £1,000,000, a copy of which is available on request.
